In today's tutorial, you'll see several bondage predicaments that are all possible with a very short, simple, and discreet parts list. There are hundreds of possibilities with these items, but we'll cover a few here to get you started.
As always, make sure bdsm/kink play is safe, sane, and consensual. Never leave your sub alone during bdsm play. Especially with predicament bondage, you should always watch your sub closely. Besides, it can be hot watching the show with most predicament bondage sessions, and it's very NOT hot if your sub gets hurt while you stepped away for 2 minutes. Prepare everything needed before restraining your sub so there's no need to step away until after you've released him. When using rope or any tightly fitting cuffs, always periodically feel your sub's hands/feet/balls (whatever is tied) to ensure they aren't cold. Cold is a sign of circulation loss which needs to be addressed immediately by removing the restraints in that area before your sub gets hurt. Also, make sure you are familiar with how to quickly release ratchet straps and rope lock tie downs BEFORE starting any of this. When tying your sub's balls, be sure the rope isn't too tight, but not too loose either. (Having one ball slip through mid-play can hurt pretty bad, better to have the rope tied a little tighter to avoid that.)
If using rope lock tie downs:
Take the hook that's in the middle of the rope and hook it over a high point such as a closet rod.
Let the other hook and the loose rope hang down for now.
If using ratchet straps:
Take one end of the ratchet strap and secure it to the door knob outside the door on any interior door in your home. For example, if you're using a bedroom door, secure it to the door knob which is on the outside of the bedroom when the door is closed. You can secure it to the door knob by hooking it to the door knob using the hook or a small rope tied around the door knob, or just by tying the strap itself around the knob, whatever way works best on the door knobs in your home.
Run the rope up over the top of the door and down the other side, letting it hang from above inside the room.
Close the door to secure the strap in place. This will act as your high anchor point, almost like a ceiling hook/eyebolt.
Optional: Do the same with a second ratchet strap, securing one end to the same door knob outside the room, but run this one under the bottom of the door and leave it on the floor for now. This will act as your low anchor point.
- Tie or cuff your sub's hands behind his back.
- Lay him down on the floor under the hanging ratchet strap or rope lock tie down.
- Tie a short length of rope around his balls. Tie an extra loop in this rope so you can easily hook something to it later.
- Hook the end of the hanging rope/strap to the loop in the rope around your sub's balls. Crank the rope/strap up just until it's taut for now.
- Now you've got your sub in this predicament. You can easily crank his balls up higher and forced him to raise his ass up off the floor more, or less, depending on his strength and endurance, or how bad he's been recently. ;)
- Tie or cuff your sub's hands in front of him.
- Put your sub on his knees under a hanging rope lock tie down (ratchet straps won't work for this one).
- Wrap a utility strap with quick release buckle around your sub's left leg and thigh, forcing him to sit back on his legs and preventing him from sitting up any higher. Do the same with his right leg/thigh.
- Tie a short length of rope around his balls. Tie an extra loop in this rope so you can easily hook something to it later.
- Take the hook end of the rope lock tie down and hook it to the loop in the rope tied around your sub's balls.
- Have your sub raise his arms up as high as he can get them. Then take the loose rope end of the rope lock tie down and tie it to the rope/cuffs restraining his hands.
- Tell your sub to keep his hands up there and that if he drops them, his balls will automatically be cranked up higher. Once he drops his hands, raising them back up will not release his balls. You can use this to build your sub's endurance, or maybe just to make his ribs and pits vulnerable for some tickle torture to test his self-control.
Optional: Put some light dumbbells in your sub's hands (start with about 2.5 to 5 lb) to make it more difficult to hold his hands up high.
- Tie or cuff your sub's hands behind his back.
- Tie a short length of rope around his balls. Tie an extra loop in this rope so you can easily hook something to it later.
- Put your sub right in front of the door to the room with his back to the door.
- Hook or clip your sub's tied/cuffed hands to the ratchet strap hook hanging down behind him.
- Hook or clip the lower ratchet strap to the loop hanging from your sub's tied balls.
- Crank his hands up behind him with the upper ratchet strap, forcing him to bend forward the more you crank the ratchet.
- Crank his balls down bit using the lower ratchet strap.
- Now you have your sub stuck in this predicament until you release him. He's forced to bend forward at the waist with his arms cranked up high behind him, and he can't straighten his legs with his balls cranked down low like this. You can crank his arms up high and/or his balls lower whenever you feel like it. This position is great for a hot interrogation too. ;)
Alternatives:
1. Add a spreader bar tied or cuffed to your sub's ankles to force him to keep his legs spread wide.
2. Instead of forcing your sub to bend forward, you could run the rope from his cuffed hands up through a D-ring in a collar that you put on him. This way, he can't bend forward and it works his quads even more.
- Tie or cuff your sub's hands in front of him.
- Put your sub on his knees under a hanging rope lock tie down (recommended) or ratchet strap.
- Wrap a utility strap with quick release buckle around your sub's left leg and thigh, forcing him to sit back on his legs and preventing him from sitting up any higher. Do the same with his right leg/thigh.
- Hook or clip your sub's tied/cuffed hands to the tie down strap or ratchet strap hanging above him.
- Crank his hands up a bit, just past the point where his biceps are parallel to the floor.
- Slide a spreader bar, broom handle, or similar object between his arms and under his chin. Be sure nothing is sticking out toward his neck.
- Now you can crank the tie down/ratchet up a bit higher, which will force him to tilt his head back farther. This is a great punishment position. After a few minutes in this predicament, your sub should become much more submissive.
Nice, and nice addition of the collar connected to the top of the spreader bar. And just how long did you last in that one, and how did you end up getting out of it? Was it an interrogation or similar type of challenge, or more of just a safe word and you were let out...that kind of thing?

Have been in that last position. It looks quite simple but is as tough as hell after just a short time. Collar connected to the top of the spreader too, just for extra sport....
